This gorgeous residence is situated on a cul de sac so it's very private and barely any cars drive down this quiet street. This Tropical Ocean Paradise has a spacious backyard with a heated pool & lush landscaping. There is also plenty of off street parking in the circular driveway.
You will not find a property in a better location! You can walk a block or two and be at a number of great restaurants (many along the intracoastal waterway), shops, the best sport's bar in Fort Lauderdale, hair salon, massage, convenience store, ice cream, the fabulous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi which will take you all over town to the most desirable areas for sight seeing, shopping, dining, night life, etc.

If I (We) cancel our reservation after it has been confirmed, the Agent or Property Management will make every attempt to re-book my (Our) reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, I (We) will be refunded 95% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be rebooked I (We) understand that the moneys paid may not be returned.
Deposit Policy
Damage deposit will be held on your credit card and released after checkout inspection.

"Excellent Place!"
We went down to the area for a girls weekend. There were 10 of us! The house was spot on!!! It had everything we needed and some. Walked to the beach had plenty of parking, comfy beds, great pool, lots of room. A quick Uber ride to bars and restaurants!! Couldn’t ask for anything better with the house an location!! We will go again!
